RETURNS POLICY

This Returns Policy is part of Pokiepullz limited terms of use. It applies to any purchases made for physical goods
Physical Goods - Full price items and sale items
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any eligible item within 30 days after the date of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your product must be new, unused and in the original condition that you received it (including but not limited to having all tags attached, seals and wrappers intact).
Items that cannot be returned
Sometimes, we are unable to accept returns for certain items or for certain reasons. This includes but is not limited to: for hygiene reasons; personalised or custom products.
Please note that all products that are opened live are non-returnable once these products have been opened on stream.
If a products is selected to be opened live and are not reachable during the live stream these orders may be send sealed or refunded this decision will be at our discretion.
We will always let you know when a product cannot be returned on the product's description page, which you should read carefully before you purchase the product.
If you use or handle your product in a way that goes beyond how you may reasonably inspect the product in a shop in real life, you will be responsible for any reduction in value to the product (for example, if you open a packet of trading cards, this may damage the trading cards and would be beyond how you would handle the product in a shop in real life). This means that deductions may be made to your refund in proportion to the reduced value of the product. The same applies if you do not return the entire product, but parts of it. You will be notified of the amount of your refund when the returned product is received by us and you can contact our customer services team using our 'Contact Us' page available if you need further information.
Other items
From time to time, you may be required to return additional items with your product. For example, if you received a bonus gift with a product or order. If you return a product that included a bonus gift, you will also need to return the bonus gift when you return the product you purchased. Where this applies, further details will be provided with on the product page.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. You may return your original order (subject to the requirements above) for a refund and place a new order for a replacement product. You will be responsible for paying the new price for purchase and delivery of the replacement product.
Returns process
To return a product, please use the contact us page and we will assist you in returning the item.
You will be fully responsible for this delivery cost. We recommend you use a service that tracks your returns parcel as we cannot provide you with a refund unless we receive your product.
We will send you an email confirmation when your returned product is received and the refund is in process. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser through to the same method of payment and account used to place the original order. Your refund will be for your returned product and (if applicable), delivery fees paid by you, up to the cost of standard delivery.
Please allow approximately 7 working days for the refund to be processed after we have received your returned product. If at any time you have any questions regarding the status of your return, please use our 'Contact Us' page available
